Zayn Malik created quite a stir in the world of music when he decided to quit popular boy band One Direction. The 23-year old singer recently opened up about why he decided to quit the band and the reason is, well, pretty bizarre.
In an interview to Glamour magazine, Zayn said that an alien spoke to him in a dream and asked him to quit the band and venture out on his own. Zayn has released a few singles as a solo artist in the last one year, the most popular being Pillowtalk which features his current girlfriend Gigi Hadid.
But for all 1D fans who will not get to see the charming singer perform with the rest of the team again, the extra-terrestrials are to blame!
