The Forbes list for highest-paid actors had interesting names to show the world this time round. According to the magazine, Iron Man Robert Downey Jr. is the highest paid actor in the world, followed by Jackie Chan and Fast and Furious hunk Vin Diesel. Actors Bradley Cooper, Adam Sandler, Tom Cruise and Mark Wahlberg take the next four places.
But what caught our attention are the eighth, ninth and tenth positions. These places are filled by none other our very own Shahenshah Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, closely followed by Bajrani Bhaijaan Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar respectively.
Now aren’t we blushing with well-found pride? This is the very first time Bollywood has featured in the top 10 of the list and that too in enviable positions.

Salman Khan’s recent movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan has grossed a whopping 300 crores and is on its way to entering the 500-crore club. Khiladi Kumar is doing well for himself with multiple, though comparatively smaller hits and his upcoming movie Brothers with Siddharth Malhotra already looks like an added feather on the cap. Amitabh Bachchan, as a global icon makes up for the lack of too many hits with endorsements and other honors coming his way.
The list also features King Khan in eighteenth position and chocolate boy Ranbir Kapoor at thirtieth.
