Social media has contributed much to the outreach programs of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), however, for its chief Arvind Kejriwal, it seems like the strategy has backfired. In a survey by Goonj India Index, Kejriwal topped the chart of most hated Indians in 2015.

According to ‘Goonj India Index 2015: 7 Deadly Indian Sins’ report which was compiled based on certain parameters like Google searches and mentions across social media platforms, Kejriwal is ranked as the most hated Indian in 2015.  During the survey, it was observed that most number of mentions with negative mood was about Delhi Chief minister.

“We found most number of user generated content with negative mood, for Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal. While we have tried our best to keep the copy pasters and fake ID wallahs away, the numbers were just too much for our team to chaff out manually. Arvind is followed in the list by Rahul Gandhi and Aamir Khan who just got caught in a curious case of mistranslation,” said Goonj India in the report.
