Indian Railways has recently announced the good news. To ensure fast service while booking online and reducing passenger rush at the counters, it has brought about changes in timing of tatkal bookings for AC and non-AC classes. The second good thing is it is considering to refund a percentage of fare on cancellation of tatkal tickets. Whoopee!
