Fitness freak Michelle Obama’s badass response to husband Barack’s #GimmeFive challenge takes internet by storm

Last week, US President Barack Obama joined the ‘Let’s Move’ bandwagon started by his fitness enthusiast wife, Michelle and showed us his favourite five ways to stay fit.

He further extended the #GimmeFive challenge to the First Lady, asking her to share the five ways she likes to move.

Aside from being the face of the ‘Let’s Move’ movement, which seeks to combat childhood obesity and encourage a healthy lifestyle, Michelle’s dedication and love for fitness has been on show quite a few times.

Like the time she challenged Ellen DeGeneres to a push-up contest

And then cranked it up a notch with Jimmy Fallon a few months later

But this time, she has gone all out. From her boxing moves to lifting heavy weights, Michelle truly shows us that she can walk the talk when it comes to workouts.
