In a gross video circulating in Whatsapp circles, a middle aged man is seen raping a dog!! In the video, a black coloured small dog is seen trying to resist the man who tries to do anal penetration.
Two people who pussyfoot behind a wall, capture the gross scenes through a hole in the wall. One of the two, who is an elderly man is seen leading the camera man to the spot in the beginning of the video. The place where the video was filmed looked abandoned.
Taking cognizance of the incident Humane Society International (HSI), a NGo for the welfare of animals, has announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh for information on the people responsible for the gruesome act.
“The video shows a person raping a black dog. We assume that this video assume the incident might have taken place in Kerala as the perpetrators are speaking in Malayalam in the video,” said N G Jayasimha, managing director of HSI India.
The people responsible for the incident could be charged under section 377 of IPC for unnatural act of carnal intercourse with animals. Circulation of the video in social networking could also attract punishment under various sections of IT Act.
The NGO has lodged a complaint with the Deputy Commissioner of Police in Kochi. The organisation has also opened a help line number for people to pass on information regarding the incident and persons involved in it.
