This was one of his Vijay’s most enjoyable films. In this scene, he takes on a bunch of local rowdies with some punchy lines. ‘Antha area intha area all arealayum aiyaa Ghilli… Ghilli Da’.

Another hit line with which he takes on the baddie. ‘Verrraaaa Verrraaaa Vettaikaran thaanda Venuuuuuuu’.

Kuruvi was packed with lines that drew applause. Remember ‘Namma paechu mattum thaan silent-a irukkum, ana adi saravedi.’
Thirumalai
Some philosophy from the mass hero in Thirumalai which talks of life being a cyle.
Pokkiri
A whistle-podu moment was ‘Yaaru adicha pori kalangi bhoomi adhirudho…’
Thupakki
If fans repeat his one-liners, Vijay himself is not averse to reusing a line. This intermission line from Thuppakki became such a hit, he repeated it in Katthi.
