In case you missed the Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao fight, worry not. SNL’s got you covered

Two of this generation’s greatest boxers locked horns on Saturday in what was popularly described as the ‘fight of the century’.

The much-anticipated encounter between the rivals broke several TV records in terms of viewership and ad rates. Some of Hollywood’s biggest celebrities attended the fight, which also saw unprecedented amounts spent on betting.

Although Floyd Mayweather secured the win after a unanimous decision, the fight was not short of controversy. Following the bout, his opponent from the Philippines, Manny Pacquiao, said, “I thought I won the fight.” Describing Mayweather’s approach, he said, “He didn’t do nothing.”

The result might have been contentious, but no one can argue with the fact that the fight marked one of the most iconic moments in boxing’s recent history.

But in case you missed all that action, don’t fret. The folks at NBC’s Saturday Night Live have reproduced the fight in their own quirky way to help you relive those moments. Enjoy the video.
