We all know that Amitabh Bachchan is the face of PM Modi’s flagship project Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Over last two years, many celebrities have endorsed this campaign in different ways. The latest celebrity to join this league is Kangana Ranaut.
In a short film/commericial directed by Pradeep Sarkar, Kangana Ranaut appears as Goddess Lakshmi, who leaves people who litter. In a barely-there appearance, Kangana gives a strong message about keeping the environment clean. Based on a lesson that we all learnt as kids – Cleanliness is next to Godliness – the ad also features Isha Koppikar, Ravi Kishan and Omkar Kapoor. Amitabh Bachchan narrates the ad and appears at the end of the video, which is titled Don’t Let Her Go.
What’s noticeable here is the deep impact Kangana leaves in spite of her fleeting presence in the ad. As opposed to celebrities who love to play themselves in endorsements, Kangana has put complete focus on the message and content of the ad. Isn’t she the best celebrity endorser ever?
