In a barbaric act, a man was bound to a train’s window and roughed up following an altercation over drinking water that belonged to another railway user at the Itarsi railway station in Madhya Pradesh.

The victim identified as Sumit got into an argument with one of the fellow passengers after his father Raghunath Kachi sipped water from their bottle. A video capture released by ANI shows the victim hanging by the window in his underpants and being attacked with belts by three men.
