That’s not what we are saying, but the lyrics of a song from an upcoming Kannada movie – DK. The song when translated reads, “India and Pakistan have united. Modi and Sonia have become friends. Karunanidhi winked and Jayalalithaa got out. What will happen to us, if all of them unite?” Due to the controversial lyrics of the song, four leading singers form the industry refused the offer. But one brave heart (popular Sandalwood singer Hemanth) agreed.
No PK, Only DK.
With a name like DK, it’s natural to assume that the storyline is PK’s twin or a rip-off. The Kannada speaking population even assumed that the movie’s storyline revolves around the state congress politician DK Shivakumar or former chief minister HD Kumaraswamy, (popularly known as HDK), since they share the name initials as that of the movie – DK. However, Vijay Kampali, the director, and Prem, the lead actor of the movie have refused the claims.
Coming to the most sizzling aspect of the movie – the song Seshamma Sheshamma starring Sunny Leone. This movie marks her debut in Sandalwood, after performing for item songs in Tamil and Telugu. Is Mollywood next to rope in Sunny Leone? We don’t know yet.
