Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday (September 28) addressed around thousands in a grand reception by the Indian community in San Jose, California.

Marking freedom fighter Bhagat Singh’s birth anniversary, Modi began his speech at the SAP Centre bowing down to this brave son of India.

In his speech, Modi highlighted India’s digital growth story, harped upon the issues of global warming and terrorism and also praised India’s youth.

Modi didn’t leave a chance to take a dig at Congress. He said, “It doesn’t take much for politicians to get allegations to their name. The son made Rs 50 crore, the daughter made Rs 250 crore, the son-in law made Rs 1,000 crore. The relative got the contract. The people of India are sick of corruption.”
