Alert passengers make drunk KPN bus driver pull over. His reaction is shocking!
In November 2013, a Mumbai-bound private Volvo bus from Bangalore bumped into a road median on NH4 near Haveri and caught fire, burning seven people to death. A month later, a private luxury bus caught fire after hitting a culvert on the Bangalore-Hyderabad national highway, killing 45 people including an infant.
In both cases, the accidents happened due to rash and negligent driving.
Despite the rising number of similar incidents, the video above shows that bus companies and drivers do not seem at all concerned.
In the episode featured above, passengers on an Erode-Chennai bus belonging to KPN Travels stopped the bus after seeing that the driver was drunk and driving rashly.
If he wasn’t already drunk enough, the driver had his bottle of alcohol right next to him the whole time.
After the bus was stopped, a manager from the Salem KPN branch visited the spot. When the passengers complained about the incident, he said, “What can we do about our driver’s mistake?”
