Karan Johar celebrated his 44th birthday in style in London with some of his closest B-Town buddies.

Some of his favourite actors and closest friends including Ranbir Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and director Ayan Mukherjee were present at the birthday bash. It is believed that Katrina Kaif was to join the party in London after wrapping up the shoot of Jagga Jasoos with Ranbir in Morocco, but her absence from the pictures shows that she clearly wanted to avoid another social gathering with her ex-boyfriend.
Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan, with whom Karan shares a special bond, too joined the brigade. He posted the picture on his Instagram page and wrote: When you feel older and prouder at the same time…kids are a strong reminder of how time flies…#AboutLastNight.

He also shared a picture with Shweta Bachchan Nanda and her daughter Navya, who had recently celebrated her graduation in London and joined her mother at Karan’s birthday bash.
