Shahrukh Khan detained at the US airport, once again

Shahrukh Khan seems to be a favorite with the Americans. The superstar has had quite some history with the US airports. When he was leaving for Europe with his kids Suhana and Aryan, SRK was detained at the Los Angeles airport.

The actor tweeted about this, saying how much it sucked to be detained yet again.

However, Shahrukh found some a silver lining and tried to be funny about the delay in his next tweet.

The actor had been earlier detained at the New Jersey airport in 2009 and the New York airport in 2012 for over two hours by the US immigration. 2009 was the first time the actor faced detention by the immigration authorities, and he had to face several questions and his baggage had been checked repeatedly, after his name came up in the alert list. He hadn’t even been allowed to make a phone call for over an hour, and the incident had created a furore among his fans back in India.

When the same thing happened again in 2012, the airport authorities had expressed “profound” apologies for his detention in 2012, citing safety issues. SRK laughed off the incident with a hint of sarcasm when he said, “Whenever I start feeling too arrogant about myself, I take a trip to America. The immigration guys kicked the star out of the stardom.”

We are sure SRK was not aiming for this hattrick!
