Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Chief Sirajul Haq on Monday announced a bounty of Rs 1 billion to arrest Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
During a speech in Rawalakot the JI supremo, who is also a Senator (an Upper House member), added that those who talk about friendship with India without resolving the long pending Kashmir issue are ‘traitors’.
He said, “You (Modi) say whoever arrests him will be rewarded with Rs 500 million. I also say that whoever arrests Modi we will give him Rs 1 billion.”
“Those who desire friendship with India can go to Mumbai. Our agenda for friendship with India is Kashmir’s independence,” he added.
