A man was caught on camera desperately clinging on to a girl’s leg. The girl, his girlfriend or should we say ex-girlfriend, had just then bid him goodbye.
The footage that shows the man’s desperation to mend his ruptured relationship with the girl has gone viral on social media platforms.
Despite his (best) attempts to convince the girl, which also included pulling her stockings down, all he got was a couple of slaps across his face.
This incident reportedly took place on the streets of Huai’an City, in East China’s Jiangsu Province, which is a popular shopping district.
Several pedestrians stood watching the embarrassing incident as the man begged “Please don’t leave me”.
But the visibly adamant girl shouted, “Let me go. This is so embarrassing.”

“We can’t be together any more. It’s impossible,” she added as she tried to free her leg.
