This red colored waterway in Siberia will blow your mind
The Daldykan river, north of Siberia, started changing colour to bright red after a problem in the nickel plant, Nadezhda metallurgical plant, caused discharge of industrial waste into the waterbody.

“Environmental monitoring around the river and adjoining production facilities of the company are being held, including helicopter flights”, said, a source from the Norilsk Nickel factory.
The Siberian Times reported that production was being reduced at the Krasnoyarsk region plant which processed nickel concentrates.

However, locals stated that it was a common sighting and that the snow around the region became bright red in colour during winter.
