In a shocking video released by ANI on Twitter, a venerated minister from Madhya Pradesh was caught on camera spanking a woman during an event in Bhopal.
The incident occurred as the woman boarded the bus following the flagging off ceremony of a new bus service.
In the video, the octogenarian home minister Babulal Gaur is clearly seen spanking the woman’s buttocks as she passes him. As of now, the woman hasn’t registered a complaint.
