Video: Mumbai auto-rickshaw driver borrows passenger’s guitar & plays the famous tune from Sholay

Mumbai is a land of surprises. You simply don’t know what you will come across in this diversely fun place.

Kunj Karia, a guitar student from Mumbai, called for an auto back home after his class. He got talking to the autowallah and was soon intrigued by the latter’s knowledge regarding the intricacies of the instrument.

He soon learned that the auto driver was a former band member who had to quit playing the guitar because it wasn’t financially feasible.

As Kunj reached his destination and prepared to get down, the autowallah asked if he could borrow his guitar for a moment. He then played a famous tune from the hit movie Sholay.

He advised the boy not to quit playing for a year, after which he assured the guitar would never let go of him. The video shows there is no age or place to revive a passion and that you never know who could teach you a good thing or two.

Inspiring, isn’t it?
