Yet again in an appalling act of terror attack, 80 persons were killed in France after a truck was driven into a gathering of people which was standing to watch fireworks on Bastille Day in the town of Nice in France.
The large white truck mowed down the crowd on Thursday night as hundreds of people were on Nice’s beachfront Promenade des Anglais to watch the fireworks for France’s national day.
The driver of the truck was however shot by police officers and killed. According to reports the driver was carrying guns and other weapons in the truck.
