Watch: The action scene that might have got Neil Nitin Mukesh a role in Game Of Thrones

Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh has reportedly bagged a role, in the upcoming 6th season of the massive hit TV series – ‘Game of Thrones’.

Neil, who has some formidable action sequences in the Salman Khan-Sonam Kapoor starrer Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, caught the attention of Hollywood action director Greg Powell. Powell known for his work in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Fast and Furious 6 ,and the Harry Potter series directed two action sequences in PRDP and was impressed with Neil’s passion for action, when directing him.

“Greg has directed two sword-fighting sequences in PRDP for which I had to train for over a month in order to get the stance and wrist movements right. He seemed pretty impressed with all the hard work I put in and made the offer when we were shooting for the climax scene a few months ago,” said Neil in an interview with Mumbai Mirror.

There are also guesses doing the rounds that Neil might play the knight Ser Garlan Tyrell, one of the Tyrell siblings, and a brilliant swordsmen. This sure seems the kinda thing we would like to see the serious actor take up, don’t you think?
