This is certainly the year for sports biopics! After M S Dhoni, Mohammad Azharuddin and Mahavir Singh Phogat, cricketing legend or the ‘God of Cricket’ Sachin Tendulkar is next in line. The film is a sports autobiography in motion.
The film is slated to release later this year. The story is about how a simple boy with extraordinary dreams becomes a legend. Sachin A Billion Dreams features Sachin occasionally and includes scenes from his childhood till his time with the Indian cricket team.

The film is directed by Emmy Award winner James Erskine and produced by Ravi Bhagchandka. The music for the film is composed by music maestro A R Rehman. The film’s teaser was released today and literally gave us goosebumps! We can’t wait to watch the entire film!
