The fierce face of Goddess Kali took over the Empire State building in New York City last week and the visuals were nothing short of breathtaking!

In an effort to spread awareness on wildlife extinction across the world, Artist Android Jones used the facade of iconic Empire State building for this global cause.

The portrait of Goddess Kali was the last and the most enticing artwork in the exhibition called Projecting Change conducted by filmmaker Louise Psihoyos along with San Francisco based Obscura Digital.

Kali is the personification of time and death. Maha Kali is the fiercest form of Maa Durga representing the destroyer of evil and Darkness.

The spectacular display of this artwork was meant to draw people’s attention towards the increasing rate at which species are getting extinct. The show came to an end with a captivating visual of Kali – the goddess of darkness – urging people to fight the darkness of extinction and help conserve Mother Nature.
