Online shopping delivery goof-ups are as it is amusing—torn clothes, shoddy books, etc. But Flipkart may have outdone everybody in this regard! Instead of the original order of a smartphone, a customer allegedly received a bar of soap.
The peeved customer Neti Jolly took to Facebook to vent her anger and demanded a refund from Flipkart. She claims to have spent Rs 12,500 on the order. However, Flipkart is yet to comment on the matter.
