A group of hackers defaced the website of Jawaharlal Nehru University’s library website on Tuesday evening in a bid to warn and keep the ‘anti-national’ students in JNU at bay.

Google results for the JNU website said that the site was hacked by ‘Black Dragon’. Images posted by the hackers were soon removed by JNU. However, the hacked website was able to see in the cached page of the site.

The cyber attackers who called themselves ‘Indian Hackers Online Squad’ dedicated the attack to Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives battling terrorism.

“To all traitors staying in JNU. So, as you said ‘Kashmir ki Aazadi Tak Jang Rahegi-Jang Rahegi’, you are thinking that you will get Kashmir just by barking in the campus of JNU, As I also told Bilawal Bhutto that ‘Without any violence let me tell you that Pakistan will never get Kashmir. This is the Truth. You Have to Accept it :)’ So Anti-National Elements at JNU should also accept that Pakistan will never get Kashmir. Pehle Paksitan Ko to dhang se sambhal lo tb Kashmir lene ki bat krna,” said the hackers in the defaced page.

Seemingly to remind the essence of ‘nationalism’ to JNU-’anti nationals’, the group did also not forget paste the picture of Indian flag right on top of the page along with Lata Mangeshkar’s ‘Aye Mere Waton Ki Logon’ as background music for the site. The group also threatened to attack the students for their pro-Afzal Guru and pro-secessionist outlooks.

The hackers further educated the people who came forward to back the students in JNU:

To all the leaders who are saying that we have to freedom to speak anything and supporting the JNU incident. Ask to those widows, ask to Those mother, ask to their children whose husband, son, father sacrificed their life for the nation. At least show some respect to your motherland or at least your parents.

And this video titled ‘Indian Terrorist JNU Students Exposed by Abhishek Mishra’ was embedded toward bottom of the page. It claims to expose the JNU-‘anti-nationals’
