Priyanka Chopra is being criticized over a insensitive t-shirt
Priyanka Chopra is adored by millions and known for speaking for rights of women and doing lot of philanthropic work, supporting various causes. However, her recent cover photo with Condé Nast Traveller has twitter accusing her of being insensitive.
The actress recently posed for the cover of the magazine in a T-shirt that featured scratched out words ‘Refugee,’ ‘Immigrant,’ and ‘Outsider’, leaving behind ‘Traveller’. This has not gone well with twitter users on grounds of insensitive use of the word ‘Refugee’.

This is @PriyankaChopra, currently India’s biggest export, privilege-flashing, refugee-shaming, and being amazingly tone-deaf to suffering. pic.twitter.com/TE13H0Rb1S
