Kalpana Bales is the latest singing phenomenon to hit social media. Love her or hate her, you can’t ignore her. A unique combination of a lack of vocal skills and lack of self consciousness (some would say lack of shame), has seen her upload a series of videos of her singing; catapulting her into viral fame.
If she hasn’t showed up on your newsfeed already, chances are she shortly will.

She has been quite forthright about her voice though, having shared a picture post on her wall that read, ‘When I have a problem, I sing. Then I realize that my voice is a lot worse than my problem.’
