Amazon has made a minor change in its policies that could majorly anger a lot of customers and perhaps even affect the company’s sales. The e-commerce giant will no longer refund the amount for damaged items.

According to the new policy, if a customer receives a damaged item, it will only be substituted with a replacement. Amazon had already enforced this policy on mobile phones back in February. The policy has now been extended to tablets, laptops, desktops, monitors, cameras and camera lenses, starting 11 May, 2016.

To sum it up, think hard before you buy from Amazon.
