Not that they should be complaining. These Koreans were picked up from the airport in style – one in a Rolls Royce, and another in a Range Rover. They came home to an air conditioned dwelling, and their owner shells out over 25,000 rupees every month to feed them the good stuff. They’re celebrities alright, but of a different kind. These are two Korean Dosa mastiffs that have been imported from Korea by dog lover and president of the Indian Dog Breeders association, Satish S. The two month old pups were flown in from China and set Satish back by a whopping 1 crore each! This is also the first time this breed is being bought to India, says Satish.

Satish the dog aficionado has over 150 dogs, various breeds that he houses in a farm house in Kumbalgodu, Karnataka. His most expensive acquisition till date has been the Tibetan mastiff, which cost him about 65 lakh. The Korean will be his prize possession now though. This is a rare breed that has a wrinkled body with skin even tending to fall over its eyes. Satish managed to procure them from a breeder in China after a long search. He claims to have most other breeds except for this rarity.
