The list of red carpet events that Priyanka Chopra is invited to continues to grow! She shot to international fame through the television series Quantico for which she even received the People’s Choice Award for the ‘Favourite New Actress in a TV Series’. She presented an award at the recently concluded Oscars and is currently shooting for her Hollywood debut film Baywatch.
Here’s another feather for her cap! Priyanka could soon possibly dine with the Obamas at the White House. She was invited to attend the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner which is held to raise funds for journalism scholarships and to recognize exemplary work in the field.
Priyanka hasn’t confirmed her attendance. But if she does attend the event, she would share this honour with actors such as Bradley Cooper and Lucy Liu.
