The Oscar-winning actor and America’s ‘beloved’ Robert De Niro slammed Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in very bold words.

In a video message De Niro called Trump a “a dog, a pig and a con who doesn’t know what he’s talking about” and went on to say he wanted to “punch him in his face.”

“Colin Powell said it best: He’s a national disaster, an embarrassment to this country,” De Niro said of Trump in the clip. “It makes me so angry that this country has gotten to this point, that this fool, this bozo has wound up where he has.”

De Niro’s biting comments were edited out of the final version because it was reportedly too “partisan” to be used for a neutral video encouraging Americans.

The video was created as the part of a campaign in which prominent politicians and celebrities withdraw their support or call for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to quit the presidential race

Last year, De Niro voiced his support for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

The leaked footage was first obtained by Fox News’ “The Kelly File” and was released three days after the original video featuring Anne Hathaway, Olivia Wilde and other celebrities was released on Facebook.
