After the shocking video of a sadist throwing a pup off a terrace went viral, a case had been registered with the Chennai police by an NGO there.
Reportedly the man has been identified by as medical student in Chennai.
According to a reports in The News Minute the man has reportedly been identified as Gautam S, a final year MBBS student from Madha Medical College.
The New Minute Report also suggests that the video is two weeks old and the accused had allegedly threatened the students of dire consequences if they revealed his identity.
However, there is no official report stating the identity of the accused and the investigation is under progress.
Two persons, including the student, are reportedly absconding after the police went to arrest them.
Well , if the report allegations against the accused turn out to be true, we wonder how he is worthy to be a doctor after all!
