Tech-savvy engineering student invents device to print water from thin air!

Jawwad Patel, a 22-year-old tech savvy engineering student from Hyderabad has designed a 3D water printer which generate water from air.

He is the first person from Asia to invent a machine which could make water from air. It certainly is a breakthrough and of great potential. Jawwad’s water printer – ‘Dew Drops’ produces potable water with the the help of computerized sensor interface with UV filter.

He claims that the system can generate nearly 1.8 L of water in one hour.

Jawwad has won many competitions in the field of electronics and robotics since his years in school and college. Currently is pursuing B-Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering – at LIET Hyderabad.

In the past he had made headlines by innovating a smart helmet, which stop people in inebriated state from riding two-wheelers. Reportedly he has been nominated for the National Youth Award 2015-16 and Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Excellence Award 2016.

This 22-year-old engineering student he has also founded his own R and D facility -‘Jawwad Patel labs’ and ‘Science & Solution’. It is learned that Jawwad also holds numerous patents in the field of Electronics.
