Twitter user tags Sushma Swaraj to call out Samsung for its irresponsibility
This is how you call out an irresponsible retailer!
On Monday, Venkat (@M_VenkatM) tagged the external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj and food and public distribution minister Ram Vilas Paswan to several of his tweets complaining about the defective refrigerator he’d bought from Samsung. Sushma Swaraj herself and the twitterati weren’t able to figure out why the person had tagged the ministers.
@irvpaswan @SushmaSwaraj Dear Ministers, @Samsung_IN sold me a defective refrigerator, they r not ready to replace pic.twitter.com/G87Jwh6slD

Finally, Sushma did respond but sarcastically.
Brother I cannot help you in matters of a Refrigerator. I am very busy with human beings in distress. https://t.co/cpC5cWBPcz

And that’s when @M-VenkatM divulged his intention of tagging the ministers to his tweets!
@SushmaSwaraj mam, tq u 4 rply. now at least ppl will be aware of @Samsung_IN disgraceful service and products with ur reply.
