We’ve heard all the labels…fairer sex, weaker sex, delicate , fragile, precious…and we’re a little tired of it.
Many among us have been taught that good girls don’t answer back, act aggressive, or behave in a god forbid ‘unladylike’ manner in public.
Luckily, there are those who have chosen to turn a deaf ear to such archaic advice and turn the tables on would-be aggressors.
The latest in that list is a girl from UP who brutally beat up a harasser right in front of the cops. In fact, it was one of the policemen who shot the video.
Although it’s a little disconcerting to see the policemen not doing their duty and let a citizen take law into her own hands, a part of us can’t help but feel good at seeing a woman deliver some raw justice.

It shows a girl beating a boy who used to continuously harrass her and pass abusive comments on students passing. While the act of the boy is not correct and he deserves to be treated as per our law, what is also wrong is the way the woman is seen beating the man in the presence of a policeman.We believe such incidents will only perpetuate the lawlessness that is already existing in UP. This is similar to the incidents of mob justice witnessed elsewhere.
