This guy with a learner’s permit hit the road with a shiny gold plated Maserati, but soon had to part with it ,thanks to not having  proper insurance documents.

The Maserati GranCabrio worth about Rs 87 lakh was pulled over by cops of South West London after they caught the driver without insurance. Reportedly this guy whose identity has not been revealed, needs appear in court – for paying a 300 Euro fine. Then, there’s the £150 plus cost of towing, plus extra £25 for every 24 hours they hold it for him. Earlier this year, London police had booked a gold plated Maserati for parking on a yellow line outside a cafe.

How much money would it have taken for the owner this car to buy an insurance? Or did he turn cash strapped after buying the Maserati?
