To promote the movie and to speak up for women empowerment, digital channel Blush alongwith Vivel collaborated with the superstar to make a video which inspires women to say no to compromises in their lives.
In a hard-hitting narrative by BigB, the actor speaks about different situations in which women are stereotyped by the society and how they have to give up on their dreams and wishes to be in line with the society. In the video titled Ab Samjhauta Nahin, Amitabh Bachchan speaks about how women have to compromise time and again to “fit” into the society’s expectations and norms.
The video features women from different aspects of life and how they constantly face a conflict in leading a life equal to their male counterparts. It encourages women to say no to compromises and break age-old biases in order to bring about gender equality in the society.
